Kimberly Lefholz, D.O.

Dr. Kimberly Lefholz has been associated with Matlock OB/GYN since 1996. She has been in private practice for the past fifteen years.

She graduated with a Bachelor of Sciences degree in 1980 from the University of Missouri. She then completed her Medical School training in 1984 from the University of Health Sciences Center in Kansas City, Missouri.

Dr. Lefholz completed her Residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 1989 at Detroit Osteopathic Hospital in Detroit, Michigan.

She served as the Course Director at the University of Health Sciences / College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kansas City, Missouri from 1989-1993.

Dr. Lefholz was in solo practice in Fort Worth from 1994-1996; when she joined the newly formed Matlock OB/GYN Physicians Association.

She has served in numerous professional appointments, is the former chairperson of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and is active with many professional societies and community activities.

She recently co-authored an article on Laparoscopic Supracervical Hysterectomy which was published in the March/April 2005 edition of the Journal of Minimally Invasive Gynecology. She currently lives in Fort Worth.
